One Step Sparring #13

Counts (check distance to chest)

  1. Step back with your left foot right hand middle knife hand block.
  2. Grab their punch hand with your right hand, lead leg round house kick, same leg inside to outside kick over their hand.
  3. Step behind their front foot with you left foot bring you left hand across the their chest
  4. Sweep their front foot, reverse punch to the face as they are on the ground with you right hand.

One Step Sparring #14

Counts 

  1. Step back with your Right foot, Left hand middle knife hand block.
  2. Grab their punch hand with your Left hand, lead leg round house kick, same leg inside to outside kick over their hand.
  3. Step behind their front foot with you Right foot bring your Right hand across their chest
  4. Sweep their front foot, reverse punch to the face as they are on the ground with you Left hand.

One Step Sparring #15

Counts

  1. Step out with you left leg onto #10, right hand middle knife hand block.
  2. Grab attackers wrist, right leg round house kick to the stomach, chamber, right leg side kick to the side of attackers front knee, right foot lands back in original position, pivot to the right, and do a ridge hand with your left hand with your left hand to you opponent’s kidney.
  3. Circle your left hand in a counter clock wise fashion blocking the attackers punch, pivot left into a front stance and reverse punch with your right hand.
  4. Bring your left hand to your left ear and your right hand to your left elbow with your right arm perpendicular to the ground, pivot back to the right crouching as you pivot, right hand Soo Do chop and left hand ridge hand. (this last maneuver is designed to be a sweep but when practicing  you will not sweep your partner)  

One Step Sparring #16

Counts

  1. Step out with you Right leg onto #2, Left hand middle knife hand block.
  2. Grab attackers wrist, Left leg round house kick to the stomach, chamber, Left leg side kick to the side of attackers front knee, Left foot lands back in original position, pivot to the Left, and do a ridge hand with your Right hand with your Right hand to opponent’s kidney.
  3. Circle your Right hand in a counter clock wise fashion blocking the attackers punch, pivot Right into a front stance and reverse punch with your Left hand.
  4. Bring your Right hand to your Right ear and your Left hand to your Right elbow with your Left arm perpendicular to the ground, pivot back to the Left crouching as you pivot, Left hand Soo Do chop and Right hand ridge hand. (this last maneuver is designed to be a sweep but when practicing  you will not sweep your partner)
